Come and enjoy our overland safaris and tell the world about your guided self drive safari experiences.”

Travel made easy.
In the nineteenth century "Dr Livingstone, I presume?" discovered the Mosi-oa-Tunya (Victoria Falls) and many books were written about his adventures in Africa. However, those days an African Safary would cost a fortune, take almost forever and then, not every body who started the adventure would come back to write about it.
Today you can experience the same adventure, and see virtually the same unchange landscape without needing Dr Livingstone’s resources. Modern aviation made the world a small place, and you can cross the deserts of Botswana in specially equiped offroad vehicles
In just two weeks you could see and experience what would have taken months in the nineteenth century.
Just imagine being in the Chobe on a small dirt track road, and seeing a heard of Elefants about two hunderd strong, slowly walking by.
The last thing you hear before you slumber off is the roar of a Lion or the giggle of Hyena…it sure beats a tripp to LassVegas, doesn’t it!

What to expect on our Safaris
If you come to Africa you have to get down and dirty! We can not promise our clients that they will not get stuck in sand or mud on each off road safari. But we can promise you we will get you un-stuck sand or mud. We will assist and train you to use basic recovery equipment. How to drive thru sand, thru mud, crossing water and all the other basic 4x4 and safari rules.
We will teach you all the basic things you need to know about camping from making a fire, baking bread in the ground, "quick grab and run breakfast" and to make "potjie"
If you never had the opportunity to drive a 4x4 or off road vehicle in the wilderness off Africa, then this is what you were looking for.
We have the time and the patience to take first timers and beginners on African safaris. For the more hardened off road drivers, learn new respect for Land Rover and Africa. You want to experience Africa's vast open spaces; cloudless nights around the camp fire where the voice of the King echoes thru the darkness.

Our Off Road Safaris
We would like to offer you the choice of two safaris in Botswana.
Our first safari is the "Explorer" a 2 week (14 day) safari covering the essential parts of Botswana in a short period. Don't get confused by thinking this is a second grade safari, we, now let me rephrase myself.
Botswana's fauna and flora will prove to you why so many tourists are coming back every year.
Our Vehicles:
We only use Land Rovers Defenders on our safaris because of their durability and off road capabilities. Its powerful diesel engines combined with low range gearbox makes it excellent when travelling long distances in sand.
Another very useful thing is the traction control in all our vehicles. A Build in long range fuel tank gives you the extra kilometres that you will need to get from the one village to the next. Also included in all our vehicles is a 40 l build in water tank. Remember… there are no Seven Eleven or other Quick Stops!
Our Recovery Equipment
All our vehicles are equipped with a very high standard but reliable recovery kit. This kit exists of one high lift jack, one snatch strap, one tow strap and shackles.
In this kit we also include a whole range of tools that you might
need or might come in handy. Like, a 12v air compressor, tire repair
kit, folds up shovel, sand tracks, axe, electrical fuses, socket set
flat ring set and much more.
Our Camping Equipment:
We can claim that our vehicles are among one of the best equipped safari/rental vehicles that you will get in South Africa. We took trusted and tested brands like Echo Cadac and Engel to start with and then we build around this and finished it all with a females touch.
You have the choice of either one or two rooftop tents complete with sleeping bags and pillows. Max of two persons per tent.
Then we have pots, pans and cutlery for 4 persons. One 40 l
Engel fridge with duel battery system 12 v lead lamps and
rechargeable carry lamps. Camping chairs, fold up table, toilet
stool, BBQ grit and much more.
